A little phrase to make a difference…

Today, the use of emails is normal practise. It’s a tool business for anyone and a lot of people have the reflex to print out any email they received with more than 10 phrases on it. Why? Maybe because it’s easy to read on paper instead of the LCD screen (remember, you are green) or maybe it’s to keep a hard copy of this email for the archive.

But, today it’s time to think “green” and starts to read your email on the screen and starts an electronic archival system. To help people to think two times before to print out any emails, you can add this little phrase at the end of your signature:
